We have been having such a great summer so far! I just wish that it did not go by so fast :( I love oregon but I really miss the sunny weather in the winter time. We have been having lots of pool parties with our friends and playing in our own pool in the back yard. Sydney loves water! She can play and entertain herself for hours! We also had a big event this past week. Our little girlie finally got her first tooth! Yeah! We have been wondering when they were going to pop up. I have not been good about writing in her journal or baby book lately so I have to write things down some where and sometimes blogging is the easiest way to do it. Her first tooth came in on July 17th, 2009! Here are some pics of our summer fun so far.

Last week we got home from visiting Dave's family in St. George, Utah (just north of Vegas). We had such a great time with everyone. The entire family was together for the first time in a few years. Dave's sister Cherise had not even seen Sydney yet so it was really fun for her especially. We all just hung out and enjoyed the warm weather all week. It was around 105 or warmer every day! We pretty much just laid in the pool and ate all week long! Sydney had a great time with all of her aunts and grandma spoiling her and I was loving it cause I had so much help. Its during trips like that you realize how nice it would be to live close to family. We miss them so much and really wish that they could be closer to us. Sydney is changing and growing so much. She loved the pool and the bouncer that grandma got her. She was splashing around in the pool at least once or twice every day! It was so fun to watch her.
